Essential Sounds – Immunity
Join Botanist/Essential Oil expert Liz Perkins and Master Sound Healer Kirk Jones for this educational and experiential workshop series! Liz and Kirk are collaborating to combine two therapeutic vibratory healing modalities because in this case, two is better than one! Learn how to apply specific essential oil blends and sound treatments for immunity (11/4), Stress relief (12/2), Mood management (1/6) and Pain Relief (2/3) and then relax in a sound bath geared for each topic. Work with a partner in class to use the oils and bowls on and around your body.
Classes meet the first Monday of each month at the Wellness Collective Studio, 6:30-8pm.
