Join us for this introduction to the uses and benefits of sound therapy. “Sound healing” has become very popular very quickly around the world because it is so needed at this time – harmonizing the body and calming the mind.
This workshop includes 40 minutes of theory, 40 minutes of partner practice, and 40 minutes of deep relaxation.
Presented by Kirk Jones, we will utilize bronze bowls, crystal bowls, gong, and tuning forks.
