SUMMARY:Crystal Bowl and Tuning Fork Advanced Training
DESCRIPTION:This weekend training will explore the theory and uses of pure tone instruments on and off the body\, for deep relaxation\, activation\, diagnosis\, and clearing. It builds on the knowledge from the bronze bowls fundamentals course\, yet with unique instruments with much purer (and different) harmonics. \nWe will start with some fundamental music theory (exploring topics such as harmonics/overtones\, intervals\, chords and scales\, 432 vs 444 tuning\, monaural/binaural/isochronic beats\, “true tone”/cents\, etc) and experience the effects of each. \nWe will use frosted and clear quartz crystal bowls\, on the ground\, in the hand\, and on the body\, in various groupings and geometries. We will also explore the many uses of weighted and unweighted tuning forks.
