If you like\, bronze bowls may be rung and sung on the front and back of the body providing a gentle\, nourishing massage. Come by yourself or with a friend or loved one(s)\nHow does this work? The sounds of these instruments assist in harmonizing the central nervous system by entraining brainwaves to more meditative states while also resetting the peripheral nervous system by being immersed in coherent sound waves. When large resonant bronze bowls are played on the body\, the vibrations travel deep into muscle tissues and far through connective tissues providing a relaxing\, restorative cellular massage\, relieving tension\, and often vibrating away pain.
