The sounds bring us easily into a deeply meditative state where our busy minds settle and our bodies can heal.\nIf you like\, singing bowls may be placed on your body which works to further relax muscles\, release cellular toxins\, clear the meridians and energy fields\, and activates your self-healing mechanisms.\nBlissful Session Fee: $30\nCheck in at Kamalika-K Yoga Studio (at Lang Farm)\, then walk a few short steps to the Garden Barn next door where we will have the Sound Bath in the Loft upstairs (up 14 steps).\nBring your yoga mat\, blankets\, a pillow\, eye pillow/covering & water bottle.
