SUMMARY:Restorative Yoga and Tibetan Bowls - Williston\, VT
DESCRIPTION:Restorative Yoga invites us into a quiet\, inner\, contemplative space. Resting with intention while allowing the mind to clear out busy thoughts\, to-do lists and whatever noise interrupts your peace. This deeply soothing practice can help restore balance to the body and mind in order to improve physical and emotional health and well-being. \nThis 2-hour workshop combines long held (5-15 min) restorative yoga poses with the healing and rejuvenating vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls gently rung and sung on the body and crystal bowls\, gong\, and chimes around the body. No yoga experience is necessary. Pranayama and a gentle movement practice on the floor will be offered just prior to the restorative practice. \nSound healing will be provided by Kirk Jones from Evolvlove Sound Therapy. \nPlease join us for this unique transformative practice. \nCost: $30 per person \nPre-registration is highly recommended since there is a 20 person limit to this class.
